TMT International Observatory LLC (“TIO”) is requesting quotes for its upcoming Primary Mirror Assembly Container Design effort. As part of TIO’s procurement effort, we are inviting qualified respondents to participate in this RFQ.
Quotes must be submitted in accordance with the specifications and instructions provided in the RFQ (available for download on the TIO website). If you are interested in submitting a quote, you must notify TIO of your interest and submit your qualifications for TIO's review.
Please note that the RFQ, its exhibits, and any referenced documentation are subject to change. The RFQ documents are available for download on the TIO website. The information in the RFQ is provided for the sole purpose of enabling qualified respondents to develop and submit their quotes.
Direct all RFQ questions to Pratheep Eamranond (pratheep@tmt.org) and Fred Kamphues (fkamphues@tmt.org). TIO requests that all questions be submitted by March 6, 2019 – 5PM Pacific Time. Questions submitted after March 6, 2019 may not receive a timely response. While TIO shall take reasonable measures to keep the source of RFQ communications confidential, TMT reserves the right to disclose the general content of all questions, communications, and responses with all other respondents to ensure fairness and the dissemination of useful information.
The submission date and time for the quotes is April 3, 2019, 5:00PM Pacific Time.
